These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the PersonaLabFX website and your purchase of products from PersonaLabFX.

Throughout these Terms, “PersonaLabFX,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Venturo Global Limited.
By visiting our website, submitting information, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies referenced on the website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to place an order.
If you are under the age of majority, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.
2. Online Store Terms
You may not use our products, website, content, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.
You must not:
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- Introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful technology;
- Scrape, copy, reproduce, or exploit website content without authorization;
- Impersonate another person;
- Submit false payment or contact information;
- Use the website to violate any applicable law; or
- Infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of another person.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately.
Because screens, lighting, photography, and handcrafted finishing can vary:
- Colors may appear slightly different from one screen to another;
- Handmade products may contain minor variations in paint, texture, finish, or detail;
- Product measurements and descriptions may be approximate; and
- Packaging may change without materially changing the product.
These variations are not necessarily defects.
Products are intended for costume, collectible, entertainment, or decorative use as described on the relevant product page. They are not protective equipment and must not be used as respiratory, safety, medical, or impact protection.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, material information, fit guidance, safety warnings, and care instructions before use.
Do not use a product if it obstructs vision or breathing, causes irritation or discomfort, or is unsuitable for the intended wearer.
Safety Warning
For costume use only. Do not wear the mask if it restricts breathing or vision. Remove it immediately if you experience difficulty breathing, dizziness, irritation, or discomfort. This mask is not intended for children and must not be worn by children.
4. Product Availability
Products may be offered in limited quantities and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued without notice.
Adding a product to a cart does not reserve inventory.
We do not guarantee that any product will remain available until checkout has been completed and the order has been accepted.
5. Prices and Payments
Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in United States dollars.
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice before an order is placed.
The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be accepted or fulfilled.
You represent that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided;
- The billing information is accurate; and
- You will pay all charges associated with your order.
6. Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean that we have accepted or fulfilled the order.
We reserve the right, acting reasonably, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where appropriate, including where:
- A product is unavailable;
- Payment cannot be authorized;
- Information provided appears incorrect or fraudulent;
- An obvious pricing or product-information error occurred;
- Purchase limits have been exceeded;
- We suspect unauthorized resale or misuse; or
- We cannot lawfully or reasonably fulfill the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
7. Order Cancellations and Modifications
Orders begin processing shortly after placement.
We do not provide a guaranteed cancellation or modification period.
Customers may contact hello@personalabfx.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation or change. We will attempt to accommodate the request if the order has not entered processing or fulfillment, but success is not guaranteed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States.
Processing times, estimated delivery periods, tracking, address requirements, delays, and lost or damaged shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we explicitly state otherwise.
If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will notify the customer and provide the options required by applicable law.
Risk of loss and title transfer will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the relevant shipping arrangement.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns, hygiene restrictions, damaged products, defective products, incorrect items, return shipping charges, inspections, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Because masks are worn on or close to the face, worn or used masks cannot be returned for a change of mind.
This hygiene restriction does not remove any non-waivable rights a customer may have concerning goods that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed.
10. Intellectual Property
The PersonaLabFX name, logos, branding, product names, website design, photographs, videos, graphics, text, product designs, artwork, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Venturo Global Limited.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, sold, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.
Permission to access the website does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights.
11. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
If you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, suggestion, or other content, you represent that:
- You own or control the necessary rights;
- The content is accurate and not misleading;
- The content does not violate another person’s rights;
- The content is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or fraudulent; and
- The content does not contain malicious software.
Unless otherwise agreed, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, display, publish, and distribute the submitted content for operating, promoting, and improving PersonaLabFX.
We are not required to publish submitted content and may remove it where reasonably necessary.
12. Third-Party Services
Our store may use or link to services provided by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and social media services.
We do not control independent third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or separate practices.
Use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by the service providers necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations.
14. Errors and Corrections
The website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, shipping, or other information.
We may correct errors and update information at any time.
If an error materially affects an order already placed, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected order.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, guarantee, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Venturo Global Limited and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Venturo Global Limited shall not be liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, improper use, or failure to follow the safety instructions provided with or applicable to the product.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our liability will be limited only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be limited, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Venturo Global Limited against claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from:
- Your unlawful use of the website;
- Your material breach of these Terms;
- Your infringement of another person’s rights; or
- Content you submit to the website.
This section does not apply where a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or removed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
19. No Waiver
A failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of any mandatory protections that apply under the laws of the consumer’s jurisdiction and cannot lawfully be waived.
Disputes will be submitted to a court or other authority having competent jurisdiction under applicable law.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our operations, services, policies, or legal obligations.
The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Changes apply from the date they are published and do not retroactively alter rights that have already arisen unless permitted by law.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Venturo Global Limited concerning use of PersonaLabFX and purchases through the website.
23. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Disputes subject to Hong Kong jurisdiction.
